All orders shipping domestic are processed within 2-5 business days for in-stock items, and are shipped out Monday-Friday. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Nanda Nanda is pleased to offer optional Route package tracking and order protection. For more information visit the checkout page when items are in your cart. We advise using Route when package insurance is desired.
Damaged orders must be documented with photographs within 2 days of delivery. Do not throw away the box or the damaged goods. Missing or lost orders must be notified to info@shopnandananda.com within 7 days of expected delivery date.
All special order items will ship as we receive them, therefore, items ordered together may not be shipped together. In the event of an item being out of stock or on order, Nanda Nanda will reach out directly with more information.
If you opt out of Signature Required at any point during a package shipped with signature requirements, you assume full responsibility for your delivery. If your tracking details show your package as delivered, but you have not received it, you will need to follow up directly with the carrier. Without a signature, there is no way of locating packaged claimed missing after being marked as delivered.
By opting out of Signature Required, you acknowledge that Nanda Nanda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Nanda Nanda is currently only shipping to the United States during Covid-19. As things improve, we will open up international shipping to countries listed here.
Nanda Nanda by law cannot ship pantry goods internationally.
All international orders are subject to taxes, duties, and fees determined by the country they are shipped to. These are the responsibility of the recipient and will be sent to you by the carrier once the delivery is made. Law requires us to list the full retail value of items ordered, and we are unable to send any packages marked as a gift. On occasion, customs agents may open/inspect or delay delivery. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office. Orders over $2500 in value may be held at customs until duties and fees are paid before being delivered, as required by law. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee of 25% of the total order cost.
