Our refund policy lasts 7 days from date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn or unused or unopened, with tags. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as edible and food items, health/personal care and beauty products, jewelry and accessories. We also do not accept products that are considered intimate or have sanitary requirements. Additional non-returnable items include sale items and gift cards. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges. We advise sending return packages with a reliable carrier with tracking and insurance. Nanda Nanda does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit. Note that items sent back to Nanda Nanda without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned back to sender.
Please note any props, picture frames, and decor used in product photography are not included as part of the item unless specifically noted in the item description.
With any international returns or exchanges, we are unable to refund any taxes or duties paid for customs.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
